What is hydroponic produce?
Hydroponic produce is produce that is grown indoors in a nutrient-rich water solution rather than soil. Without weather or pests to worry about, it's less resource-intensive, leaves a smaller footprint, and contributes to a healthier environment.
Can anything be grown hydroponically?
You can't grow just everything hydroponically, but you can grow a lot! Plants with deeper or more substantial root systems or that take up a lot of space tend to do better in soil. That said, herbs and greens, tomatoes and peppers, and even some fruits like strawberries thrive in hydroponic setups.
Does hydroponic produce have the same nutritional value as traditionally grown?
Yes, hydroponic produce has nearly identical nutritional value as produce that is traditionally grown in soil! As a bonus, there are no pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides that come with it.
Can you deliver fresh produce to me?
